I’m a first-time-visitor to REVSTRONG. What should I expect? When should I arrive?

First off… YAY; it’s your first time visiting REVSTRONG!

As a first timer we ask that you PLEASE arrive 15 minutes prior to your session so our staff can help you prepare for your session with a breakdown of what to expect and how our sessions run.

All we ask beyond that is to wear comfortable athletic clothing and athletic shoes. We will provide a towel and water! And if you need to shower after your session, no worries we also have private showers that are fully stocked with all the goodies as well as fresh towels.
